Ivy's Review

The Time Travel Twins is the first book of a series by James Patterson. It features two twins, Pew and Basket Church, who live in an awful orphanage but one day discover that they can time travel. They follow a mysterious person back to 1777 during the American Revolution where they experience a lot of troubles: getting mixed up with pirates, generals, famous people, etc.

This book series is one of my favorites and I can't wait to find book 3! It kept me on the edge of my seat while I was reading it, and I couldn't wait to see what was next.

This book was very well written with a good story and plot, and I would recommend it to people who like science fiction, historical fiction, time travel. It's also somewhat educational. Throughout the books in the series there are little pages of facts where you can learn about what the Church twins are experiencing.

This story is a 5/5 in everything, and definitely a book I want on my shelf!
